A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

• There is not an option for a refund once an account is purchased and Id pass is given
• A buyer can resale the account to the seller or the dealer at a lower or suggested price
• In case of a revoke or lock case (only at the buyer's fault) the seller/dealer is liable for a refund or satisfactory replacement
• Process for refund/replacement is a lengthy process and can take up to 7 days

Please note that these policies differ from every other dealer and on middleman deals the middleman is not liable for any kind of warranty. Warranties are only liable over the accounts bought through us and the warranty only stays till our first buyer.
